Osteopathy · Movement · Quality of life

Osteopathy centred around the whole person.

Helping you understand your symptoms, feel confident in your body and work towards the things that matter to you.

My approach

Classical principles, modern practice.

Osteopathy has always recognised that the body is interconnected and that health is influenced by more than an isolated symptom. I value those foundations while using modern clinical reasoning and evidence to guide assessment and treatment.

That means looking at you as an individual: your symptoms, lifestyle, work, training, concerns and goals. Treatment can include hands-on care, education, movement and exercise, with the aim of improving your confidence and quality of life.

My philosophy
What matters to patients

Be understood

Your history, symptoms and goals matter. Good care starts with taking time to understand your experience.

Know your options

Clear explanations can help you understand your symptoms and make informed choices about your care.

Improve quality of life

The goal is not simply to chase pain. It is to help you move towards the activities and life you want.

About me

A little more about Cameron.

I am Cameron Hayward, an osteopath with an interest in helping people understand pain, movement and their bodies. My clinical approach combines the principles of osteopathy with modern evidence and individualised care.

Outside the clinic, I share patient education through Instagram and longer written articles so that useful information is available beyond the treatment room.
